Bruce Cohn Fitness

For over 30 years, Bruce Cohn has been helping people to reach their fitness goals.  He uses his background as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and physical educator to design customized programs tailored to individuals and groups.

Bruce has developed a simple training philosophy: Everything you do, whether sedentary or active, affects your body, mind, and spirit. Your body adapts positively to movement, resulting in improved mobility, strength, and function. It adapts poorly to inactivity, leading to pain, injury, and weakness. Our training programs work to enhance performance, reduce injuries, and repair imbalances.
